I have just come back from the doctors and we have to sell all our animals. She has been allergic for a while but is now highly allergic to hair so now I have to find homes for them all.... So this is what I have-
3 adult female- 95% sure they are preggas 7 4 1/2 wks rats- 2M 5F 1 female with 15 babies 2-3wks of age
1 female mouse- again 95% sure she is preggas
I want them to all go to nice homes hence why I am advertising here first as they are pets and not feeders. Will take piccies soon

Are you anywhere near Brisbane? I'm getting some rats and mice freighted down from there soon so if you do live near i could possibly take some for you?

awww thats sad. My daughter is allergic to all sorts of things too.. and I had feared she was allergic to my rats. Luckily she stays at her boyfriends most of the time now so i dont need to rehome the rats.
Although ,i was going to attempt to keep them out doors first before rehoming. Is that an alternative for you?

Err... I wouldn't be considering freighting if they are pregnant / have a newborn litter? Wouldnt that lead to health issues / cannabilism?

Hang on hans, I'll ty my magic wand and see if it works..... Nope it's still broken lol
The girls are great mums, they have never eaten their young, never bitten, and their young are always really healthy.

Those rat girls are so cute, they look like they're gonna drop they're bundle really soon.
I love the colours of both of them, they look so adorable and loving.

I completely agree Wulfy, you shouldn't freight a heavily pregnant mumma or young rats (before 6/7 weeks) at all. :/

Both girls have had their bubs... Nibbles (black) had 12 yesterday but we only have 8 left, Im pretty sure the other pregnant mum had something to do with it. Ging Ging had 12 bubs this morning but she has killed 3 and attacked the rest so I have taken them off her and put them in with Nibbles. I would normally put them in with the Fifi the surrogate but she has just finished raising 7 of he own then a few weeks back took on 18 of another mothers when she passed on (which she is still feeding) so I believe she deserves a much needed rest!
